We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize doctors' schedules to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality patient care
Coordinate patient flow throughout the day, ensuring timely appointments and minimal waiting times
Lead clinical preparation including thorough chart review, treatment planning, and necessary documentation
Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, promoting a collaborative work environment
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and sterilization procedures
Required Qualifications:
Current Dental Assistant certification with minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities with both team members and patients
Proficiency in dental software and digital charting systems
Experience with treatment planning and procedure preparation

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum one Friday per month: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
