Join our practice and help create an environment where both patients and team members thrive. We value initiative, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. We're looking for an experienced, team focus and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our private dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize doctors' schedules to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality patient care
Coordinate patient flow throughout the day, ensuring timely appointments and minimal waiting times
Lead clinical preparation including thorough chart review, treatment planning, and necessary documentation
Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, promoting a collaborative work environment
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and sterilization procedures

Required Qualifications:

Current Dental Assistant certification with minimum 5 years of clinical experience
EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) Certification
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities with both team members and patients
Proficiency in dental software and digital charting systems
Experience with treatment planning and procedure preparation

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Minimum one Friday per month: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
