We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our thriving dental practice in Asheville, NC. Our well-established and patient-focused practice offers a dynamic environment with a strong support team, advanced technology, and a steady flow of patients.

Average Production: $257,707 per month
Average Collections: $238,800 per month
Total Operatories: 12
Total Doctors: 2
Total Hygienists: 5
Technology: Itero, CBCT
Insurance Accepted: We file all insurances and are IN NETWORK with Metlife, Cigna, Delta, BCBS NC, and Lincoln
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Diagnose, plan, and perform a variety of general dental procedures
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient experiences
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Valid North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with advanced technology such as Itero and CBCT is preferred but not required
