Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. Encourage and support nervous patients, recognizing their efforts to seek dental care. Educate patients on treatment options, clinical benefits, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs. Collaborate with patients to explore third-party financing options and assist with financing applications. Use creative problem-solving to help patients achieve their oral health goals. Ensure accurate documentation of treatment discussions, financial agreements, and prior authorizations. Work closely with the front desk team, ensuring seamless processing of paperwork and patient records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Dental Degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) from a recognized international institution. Proof of credential evaluation for U.S. practice eligibility (if applicable). Clinical dentistry experience (as a dentist or dental professional) with strong knowledge of treatment procedures. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of dental procedures across restorative, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments. Continuing education in dental or healthcare management is a plus.
