Location: Napa Oaks Dental in Fair Oaks Ranch (27650 I-10 west, Suite 203, Boerne, TX 78006) - 10 mins from the Rim/La Cantera
Experience: 1-2 years of previous dental experience is preferred
Schedule: M, W, Th 8am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-2pm
OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors while ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently.
Verify insurance details and update patient information in the system.
Present treatment plans to patients, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely patient care.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area and patient restroom
Assist with patient follow-up reminders and appointment confirmations.
Handle any patient concerns or questions professionally and effectively.
Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service a dental office setting.
Proficient in dental practice management software (experience with OpenDental is a plus).
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
