Job Description

We are a fast paced specialty office in Lynnwood and we're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with excellent communication skills, supreme attention to detail, and a team player attitude to join our team! If you share these values, we want YOU!
Primary responsibilities for this position include: maintaining the schedule for the Doctor and Hygienist while optimizing patient flow, greeting patients with check in/check out, collecting copays, answering phones, insurance verification, hygiene recalls, basic treatment planning, and other admin tasks as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm
At least one year of dental experience is REQUIRED, and experience with Eaglesoft is highly desired!
