Bear Creek Family Dentistry has been leading the dental industry in Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for over 30 years. We have 13 thriving office locations spread throughout the DFW area which cater to patients of all ages (infants, toddlers, teens, and adults). Our Dallas based healthcare services organization is looking for bilingual (Spanish/English fluency) individuals to join our Management Training Program. Successful candidates will go through a paid six month training program designed to lead into a management role for a free-standing healthcare delivery service office- managing approximately 15-25 employees. No healthcare background is needed (training and specialized knowledge in the industry is provided).

Managers have significant responsibility early in their career, working with employees and doctors, who as a cohesive team; provide outstanding customer service and clinical care to patients.
Opportunities to lead in:
Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families while responding to their inquiries and requests on dental treatment and procedures.
Consult with and educate customers to achieve beneficial outcomes for their dental treatment plan.
Determine daily operations of the dental office, hire, train staff and ensure Doctor and patient satisfaction.
Direct, supervise and coach front office and clinical staff daily.
Develop vision for practice and execute plans to achieve vision.
Identify strategy for growth and execute plans to achieve growth goals.
Manage the flow of the office to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Problem solving and addressing issues raised by doctors, employees, and patients.
Market the practice in the local community.
Responsible for carrying out all established policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED, Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years management or commensurate leadership experience.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Possess entrepreneurship spirit with proven ability to lead a team.
Strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
