Key Requirements:
Licensed General Dentist (PA Dental License Preferred)
Experience in all aspects of general dentistry
Pleasant demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive patient experience
Commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction
Office Schedule (Part Time & Full Time Available)
Monday 8-5
Tuesday 8-5
Wednesday 8-5
Thursday 8-5
Compensation and Benefits:
Initial daily compensation transitioning to percentage-based collections, with employer-covered lab fees; negotiable benefits and growth opportunities available.
