At our specialty clinic in Bellevue, we help patients with sleep apnea, TMJ, and orofacial pain — and we’re looking for a Certified Dental Assistant who’s ready to step in, support advanced treatments, and help keep our front office running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the doctor with specialty procedures focused on TMJ, sleep apnea, and orofacial pain
Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, impressions, and prepping treatment rooms
Maintaining sterile environments and organizing clinical supplies
Managing patient intake, check-in/check-out, and reviewing health histories
Coordinating appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with patients and other providers
Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting front office operations
Ensuring every patient has a smooth, professional experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Dental Assistant (Required) — Must have active WA State certification
Confident taking impressions, X-rays, and digital scans (or open to learning specialty protocols)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfortable handling both clinical and front office responsibilities
Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care
Tech-savvy and efficient — ready to learn new systems
Positive, team-first attitude

What’s In It For You:

$22.00 - $32.00/hr (depending on experience and certifications)
Monday-Friday, daytime hours, no weekends
