About Us and Why We're Hiring

Paige Prather Smiles/Radical Wellness is a well established practice that has been in business since 2007. Our doctors can provide all aspects of dentistry and have specialty training in Biological and Holistic treatments and protocols. We are proud to offer a more natural approach to overall health and wellness for the whole family. We enjoy the positive impact we see in the care we provide to our community and many patients who travel a long way to seek the unique care we provide.

Our office is growing and we are in need of more experienced and talented people to help provide a consistent, comfortable experience to our patients and support for our doctors so they can deliver the quality of care we strive to maintain. You are the dental assistant we are looking for if you are dependable and solution minded.

Requirements:

You have graduated from high school
You take pride in your ability to make patients comfortable.
You are confident in your ability to support our doctors.
You learn quickly and enjoy learning new ways to help patients reach their health goals
