Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and efficient RDA. Ideal Candidates must have 2+ years clinical assisting experience in a general dental practice, proficient in fabricating temporaries and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and other staff. We are looking for an individual who is a hard worker, able to work as a team, is enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills and is passionate about their role in the practice. Must know Dentrix and be proficient in taking digital x-rays.
Qualifications and Skills

Chair-side assisting from day 1
Fluent in all Dental Procedures with the ability to be 1 step ahead during treatment.
Take digital X-Rays
Sterilization of instruments and disinfection of equipment and treatment rooms
Ability to take Blood Pressure
Ability to answer questions regarding patients' concerns in an educated and professional manner
Build great rapport with patients and staff
Will perform all other duties as assigned
Proficient and timely in fabricating Provisionals
All aspects of scope of practice
