Weâre looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for passion education and support, with a deep understanding of dental procedures, dental insurance and consultative approach to treatment presentation.
You will work closely with our doctors to develop, present, and secure treatment acceptance, helping patients understand their care options while ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

What Youâll Do:
Work closely with doctors to align treatment plans with scheduling and practice goals.
Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and payment plans.
Confidently present treatment recommendations and financing options, ensuring high case acceptance.
Build lasting relationships with patients through personalized communication and follow-ups.
Oversee TC and production to maximize efficiency and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Lead by example, cultivating growth and efficiency while maintaining excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of dental procedures, treatment codes, and insurance benefits.
Strong consultative and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
Experience discussing and securing large-case financial plans.
Proven track record of growth through leadership and implementing office protocols.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
4-day work week.
Mon-Tue, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
Wed-Thurs, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
