We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Present Treatment Plans & Financial Options: Clearly explain treatment plans, associated costs, and financing options to patients while answering any questions they may have.
Collect Patient Portions: Accurately collect copays, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket expenses while maintaining precise records.
Doctor Schedule Management: Keep our doctor’s schedule running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring it meets or exceeds daily production goals.
Outstanding Treatment Follow-Up: Follow up with patients to support treatment completion and help them achieve optimal oral health.
Insurance Verification: Assist with verifying insurance benefits and obtaining preauthorizations when needed.
Insurance Claim Submission: Assist with insurance claim submission, including narratives and appropriate attachments.
General Front Desk Support: Be the welcoming face of our office by answering phones and assisting patients and teammates with a positive, can-do attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior dental experience is required
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
