Your Daily Impact:
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will be one of the first smiling faces and welcoming voices that our patients encounter. Youâll play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing patient services, and ensuring smooth scheduling for our doctorsâall while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
To help maintain efficiency and teamwork, youâll also be cross-trained with both the Hygiene and Treatment Coordinators, allowing you to provide seamless support when needed.
At our practice, patient care always comes first, and we value team members who share our commitment to excellence.
What Weâre Looking For:

5-7 years of dental experience in a dynamic, patient-focused role.â
Excellent communication skills â both verbal and written.â
Proficiency with Dentrix, CEREC & e-claims (weâre a paperless office!).â
A strong background in a clinical role is a plus, helping you better connect with patients and support our doctors.â
A positive, professional, and detail-oriented approach to patient interactions.
