Our Dental office in Aurora , IL is looking to hire a FULL TIME Dental Receptionist , we are looking for someone that is ready to work, enthusiastic about doing their job, efficient, dependable, professional, and a team player!
No experience required, willing to trained.
No restrictions, has open avalabilty.
Has a dental receptionist your role would be:
Answering and making appointmentsTrouble shooting patient problemsExplaining treatment plan to the patientsVerifying Medicaid and PPO insurancesHelp in marketing and growing the practiceTaking payments (cash and credit)Giving appropriate paperwork/consents to patient and then entering it into Open Dental Software
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Spanish.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients, especially children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed
