What’s the Job All About?
We’re on the lookout for a superstar Dental Assistant to help us deliver the most exceptional care to our patients in Elyria, Ohio. From getting patients ready for their dental procedures to assisting with cutting-edge treatments, your role will be at the heart of our practice. This isn’t just a job – it’s an opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, work with a team that’s all about positivity, and learn in a state-of-the-art environment.
Your Day Will Include:

Patient Prep: You’ll be the first friendly face our patients see – get them settled and comfortable before they see the dentist!
Sterilization Superhero: Keep our tools, instruments, and everything else spick-and-span to ensure the safest environment.
Assisting the Best: Be right alongside our dentists, helping out with procedures and making sure everything runs smoothly.
X-Ray Precision: Take and care for dental x-rays to help us diagnose and treat with precision.
Patient Care Pro: Make sure patients feel heard and comfortable by answering questions about their treatment and home care.
Teamwork: You’ll play a huge role in keeping everything flowing smoothly, from recording treatment info to prepping rooms for each new patient.
Emergency Ready: Help manage any unexpected moments and ensure our patients’ safety and comfort.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Experience: You’ve been a dental assistant for at least 1 year and you know your stuff.
X-Ray Certification: You’re certified to take dental x-rays and you rock it!
Team Spirit: You’re all about teamwork and creating a supportive, positive vibe.
Top-Notch Communication: Whether it’s with patients or the team, you communicate clearly and professionally.
Attention to Detail: You don’t miss a thing when it comes to infection control and patient care.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with Open Dental? That’s a plus!

What We Offer:

Salary: $38,000 - $42,000 (based on experience)
