Associate Dentist - Elite Dental Care - Rapid City, SD

Elite Dental Care is looking to add an associate dentist to our busy general dentistry practice. Our company is expanding and updating, with room to grow your skills using the latest dental technology. We are staffed with at least one experienced practitioner every day who will be present to mentor and develop the skills necessary to provide high-level patient care to our amazing patient base. A generous compensation package is offered with an initial sign-on bonus of $10,000. Additional bonus possible with a multi-year contract.
What to expect:

Full schedule of patients from our well-established patient base
A team full of front desk staff, dental assistants, and hygienists trained to help support and facilitate your growth
Mentorship from experienced clinicians present every day
Modern dental office equipped with digital radiography, CBCT, and high-end operatory units
Provide services including composite fillings, crown and bridge, removable prosthetics, anterior and posterior endodontics, simple/surgical extractions, implants, and associated surgical procedures
Annual Income generated from daily salary rate or % of production depending on your personal preference
Minimum $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 available for a multi-year commitment.
$5,000 annual CE budget

Requirements: Must have a DMD or DDS degree and be eligible for a Tennessee dental license.
