Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain cleanliness per OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care with a friendly touch.
Manage patient records and schedule appointments using dental office software.
Provide compassionate, top-quality support to enhance the patient experience in Clifton.
What Weâre Looking For:
A Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) in New Jersey (Required).
Experience in a dental office is a plus, but weâre open to eager new grads ready to learn!
Strong communication and teamwork skillsâwe love people who gel with the crew!
A passion for patient care, dentistry, and growing in your role.
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a bonus!
