Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Main Street Family Dentistry - Medford, NJ

```Duties```
- Dental Front Desk experience required
- Knowledge of dental insurance benefits
- Familiarity with dental terminology- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
```Skills```- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft and Oryx- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent patient service- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and scheduling appointments- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
