We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator/Manager.
The office administrator ensures our office runs smoothly and contributes in driving sustainable growth. We enjoy collective team work and have been serving our patients with full integrity & genuine care.
The tasks of the office administrator will include, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, Collecting payments, Checking patients in, Checking insurance eligibility, Knowledge of Insurance billing, and Filing charts and paperwork.
The duties above would be expected for any applicant, although we are willing to help train in areas that you may not have experience. Compensation depending on experience.
It is very important that you have acceptable & enjoyable phone, & personal etiquette!.
Knowledge of dental specialty care, & Dentrix software is very advantageous. We have a great team of Doctors, Staff and Patients & look forward to adding a new face to our great Team!
