Job Description
A non-profit community health center in Marion, OH, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment where patient care comes first.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will work under the direction of the dentist, assisting with patient screenings, cleanings, and a variety of dental procedures. Your role will also involve preparing rooms and equipment, documenting patient histories, and educating patients on oral hygiene.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM â 4:30 PM (No weekends)
Flexible schedule options, including four 10-hour days
Average of 16 patients per day, treating all ages
Work alongside 2 part-time hygienists, 2 dental assistants, and a floating dentist
$45-$50 per hour

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license and certifications (including BLS)
2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
