Description:
As a Manager at Back 2 Basics Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their dental care journey and ensure the efficient day to day management and future growth of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction:
Discussing treatment plans and addressing patient queries with clarity and empathy.
Assisting patients in navigating their experience within the practice.
Answering phones and managing patient inquiries.
Administrative Tasks:
Scheduling appointments efficiently and coordinating with the dental team.
Handling insurance-related tasks and other data collection as necessary.
Accurately posting charges and collecting funds from patients.
Leading the team for the Optimal Patient Experience and workday
Coordinate and execute the daily operations
Take responsibility for cash transactions and compile daily, monthly reports
Communication and Problem-Solving:
Utilizing exceptional communication skills to facilitate smooth communication between patients and the dental team.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
Dental Terminology and Computer Skills:
Demonstrating knowledge of dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and dental professionals.
Comfortably navigating computer systems and data management.
Facility, Equipment and Health and Safety
Liaise with salespeople, suppliers and representatives as necessary.
Ensure practice compliance with health and safety requirements.
Ensure that practice equipment is serviced and maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
