Work with an experienced dentist as a dental assistant at an exciting, growing, solo practice in Shorewood. Help provide personalized, quality care to our patients in a comfortable atmosphere. Patient experience is paramount at our practice, and you will be an integral part of this for each patient as a dental assistant.
Ideal dental assistant candidate is friendly, outgoing, proactive and reliable with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will help meet our patients' preventative and comprehensive dental needs by working with the dentist and other team members.
Experience preferred, but those with experience in other fields are welcome to apply!
Hours: 8:30-2:45 Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri. 8:30-5:00 Thursday.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Be familiar with dental laboratory procedures such as whitening trays.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed, while ensuring patient comfort.
Organize and manage appointment schedules to optimize office efficiency.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 â 34 per week
