Summary:
In the Dental Assistant role, you have the opportunity to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients, while working with a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with endodontic procedures, including endodontic microsurgery, IV conscious sedation, and general anesthesia sedation
Setting up and breaking down operatories
Preparing patients for treatment
Sterilization duties
End-of-day responsibilities
Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff
Qualifications:
Adopting and demonstrating the Commonwealth Endodonticsâ values to support our culture
Current Radiology Certification (required)
Current BLS/CPR Certification (required)
Four-handed dental assisting experience (preferred)
Knowledge of endodontic procedures (preferred)
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members (required)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail (required)
Ability to operate all basic office equipment (required)
Ability to read and write proficiently (required)
Manual dexterity for data entry (required)
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 â 40 per week
