Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations. This role is crucial in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.
Responsibilities
Perform sterilization procedures on dental instruments and equipment using appropriate methods and techniques.
Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, including monitoring sterilization cycles and documenting results.
Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols within the clinic.
Assist in preparing treatment areas by organizing instruments and supplies for dental procedures.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure efficient workflow during patient treatments.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Uphold cleanliness standards in all areas of the clinic, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and sterilization areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.06 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
