Job Summary1,000.00 dollar sign on bonus! Mon-Thurs. We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer serve. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming environment for our patients. Also, there will be clinical tasks associated with the position. X-ray certification is very helpful.
Duties

Greet patients as they arrive and assist with the check-in process.
Chair-side assisting, modern scanning techniques, sterilization of dental instruments.
Manage patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Answer phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized operatory.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental office setting is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including office management systems.
Experience with a dental practice management software is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
