We’re looking for a dedicated Cross-Trained Dental Assistant who can seamlessly support both our front and back office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:
New patient registration and data entry
Confirming patient appointments and managing schedules
Collecting patient payments
Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families
Answering phones and addressing inquiries in a professional manner
Back Office Duties (Orthodontic Days):
Assisting with orthodontic procedures a few days per week
Preparing treatment areas and sterilizing instruments
Helping with patient care during orthodontic procedures
Ensuring smooth transitions between front and back-office workflows

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Ability to work in both front and back-office roles
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Comfortable with dental software (experience with PracticeWorks is a plus)
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
