Permanent Dental Assistant Job in New York, NY
We are a multi-provider general dentistry office in Miller Place looking for a dental assistant to become part of our team!
The position is for between 32 and 38 hours, Monday through Friday. Hours and days are flexible so long as the applicant is willing to work atleast 32 hours.
New graduates are welcome. Higher compensation will be considered with increased experience. Come join our team!
Qualifications:
Either past experience with dental assisting or recent graduation from a dental assisting program.
Responsibilities:
Flipping rooms and sterilization
4 handed assisting technique
Seating and dismissing patients
Taking radiographs
Pouring stone models
Restorative and periodontal charting
Understanding and complying with OSHA and HIPAA requirements
