Senior Dental Assistant - Jersey Dental Care - Irvington, NJ

Our dental practice is looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Take dental x-rays
Prepare dental instruments and materials
Maintain patient records and charting accurately and efficiently
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Sterilize and maintain dental equipment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a dental assisting program
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of dental software and technology
X-ray certification preferred
