Your Role as a Dental Assistant:
At Cottleville Smiles, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You’ll work side-by-side with our talented team of professionals to provide a comfortable, supportive environment where every patient feels cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist with procedures and making sure patients feel relaxed and cared for.
Taking X-rays and preparing materials for treatments.
Educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a safe environment following OSHA and infection control protocols.
Managing patient records and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Providing compassionate support and answering patient questions to ensure a positive experience.

What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a welcoming environment. We’d love to meet you if you:

Have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience. - Required
Are a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or have the willingness to obtain certification. - Preferred
Are an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or are willing to expand your skills. - Preferred
Are compassionate, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
Have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team.
Are eager to learn and stay current with the latest dental technologies and practices.
Are dedicated to providing high-quality care and have a strong work ethic.
