Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restorative/Cosmetic Clinical Team Lead to join our dynamic dental practice. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our top notch dental team while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a comprehensive understanding of all dental procedures, and the ability to work with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
Learn and grow,advancing with staff in new technology and patient care techniques.
Assist in the implementation of clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
Perform clinical duties such as taking X-rays, chairside assisting, and conducting patient records.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software systems.
Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and safety standards within the office.
Collaborate with dental professionals to provide comprehensive care for pediatric and general dentistry patients.
Facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental office setting with a focus on general dentistry preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology .
Proficiency in X-ray technology and intra oral imaging practices and scans.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software for patient management is highly desirable.
Experience with aseptic technique in a clinical environment.
Background in pediatrics or four-handed dentistry is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
