Job Description

The Dental Assistant position requires a compassionate, hardworking individual with a desire to make a difference and work in a team environment.

Job Duties:

Strong communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist
Perform dental instrument sterilization, following safety protocol
Perform digital radiology
Follow OSHA, HIPPA, and CDHS guidelines in all tasks
Computer skills to chart procedures and notes in our electronic record management system

Requirements:
Licensed Dental Assistant:

Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program and completed Minnesota Board of Dentistry-approved Nitrous Oxide training.
Expected to maintain continuing education requirements in accordance with guidelines established by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.
Must hold Minnesota license as LDA and current in Basic Life Support certification.

Non-Licensed Dental Assistant:

High school diploma
Basic Life Support certification

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
