Position Overview:We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to support our dentists and hygienists in delivering high-quality care. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with hygiene appointments as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and more.
Support hygiene appointments and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to office protocols.
Uphold infection control and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a dental assistant is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
