Dental Assistant Clinical Responsibilities
Work Schedule and Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Thursday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Every other Saturday per month 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Attire: Scrubs
Greet and escort patients to operatories.
Take patient xrays.
Prepare patients for procedures and/or surgeries.
Assist with procedures (fillings, crowns and extractions).
Make dental impressions.
Track dental cases (contact patients and provide followup).
Sterilize dental tools and equipment.
Post-procedure operatory cleanup.
Order dental supplies.
Schedule appointments; answer telephone as needed.
Pull and file patient charts
