Our clean, friendly, welcoming, state-of-the-art, PEDIATRIC DENTAL OFFICE in COLUMBIA, MD is growing! At PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY OF COLUMBIA, we proudly SPECIALIZE IN PROVIDING A POSITIVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE for all of our patients and their families. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a 28-34 hours a week DENTAL ASSISTANT POSITION to add to our warm, caring, and highly dedicated team.

The IDEAL CANDIDATE has excellent interpersonal skills, is energetic, professional, dependable, detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and self-motivated (DENTRIX experience is a PLUS). Previous dental experience in a pediatric dental office would be helpful, but WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN the right person. A GREAT ATTITUDE AND STRONG WORK ETHIC are our first priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES will include GREETING PATIENTS, SETTING UP AND BREAKING DOWN TREATMENT ROOMS, STERILIZATION, ASSISTING THE DENTIST IN VARIOUS PROCEDURES, TAKING DIAGNOSTIC X-RAYS, as well as other MISCELLANEOUS TASKS APPROPRIATE FOR A DENTAL ASSISTANT.

Expected hours: 28 â 34 per week
