Your Role as Lead Dental Assistant / Clinical Administrator:As our Lead Assistant, you will be a key player in leading and supporting our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care. Youâll work closely with the doctors and management to train and mentor team members, manage clinical inventory and supplies, and implement systems that improve efficiency and organization.
Youâll still enjoy chairside assisting, but youâll also take on leadership and administrative duties, including:â
Overseeing daily clinical team operationsâ
Leading morning huddles and team meetingsâ
Training and onboarding new assistantsâ
Coordinating schedules and clinical coverageâ
Monitoring and managing inventory and ordering suppliesâ
Maintaining sterilization and OSHA complianceâ
Supporting management with clinical systems and protocolsâ
Being the go-to problem solver and encourager for the clinical team
