Dental Assistant - ASE Dental Group - Salisbury, MD

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and help deliver top-tier dental care in a friendly and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
Take and develop digital X-rays
Use an intraoral scanner for digital impressions (experience preferred but not required)
Support the fabrication of same-day CEREC crowns and 3D-printed appliances
Maintain and organize operatories, following strict infection control protocols
Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
Assist with front desk operations as needed (scheduling, patient check-in)
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records

What We’re Looking For:

Maryland Dental Radiology License (Required)
Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Comfort with dental technology and a willingness to learn intraoral scanning, CEREC, and 3D printing
Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
