Job Summary
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
Performs a variety of dental assisting duties including; assisting the doctor, communicating with patients, maintaining equipment, inventory, instrument sterilization and infection control, and monitoring of lab. Follows universal precautions and all OSHA requirements. Dependability a must. No previous dental experience required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Seat and prepare patients for diagnosis and treatment
post operative patient care
instrument sterilization and infection control
clean and stock operatories
any other duties deemed necessary by the doctor
Qualifications and Skills
No previous dental experience required- On the job training
Exceptional human relation skills
Ability to work with people of all ages
Ability to maintain outgoing friendly attitude with patients and staff even under pressure
Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
