What Weâre Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of dental experience (required)
EDDA Certification and Orthodontic experience are highly preferred
Strong initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Clinical/Back Office:
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clinical cleanliness
Assisting chairside with procedures
Seating and preparing patients
Administrative/Front Office:
Answering phones and greeting patients
Scheduling and helping with reception
Supporting various administrative tasks
