Dental Assistant - Dental Essence - Addison, IL

We are a close-knit, family-oriented general dental practice seeking a Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of prior dental office experience. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for procedures with care and efficiency
Assist the doctor during exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, and implant procedures
Operate intraoral scanners (Trios and iTero)
Take dental X-rays and intraoral photographs
Accurately chart and document procedures
Create lab slips and take/pour impressions
Fabricate temporary crowns
Maintain and sterilize instruments and operatories before and after procedures
Ensure operatory is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day
Escort patients to the front desk and communicate follow-up needs
Assist with daily sterilization duties, including suction line maintenance and mopping

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
Familiarity with dental instruments, equipment, and clinical protocols
Proficiency with digital scanning systems (Trios and iTero preferred)
Ability to create a positive patient experience through every interaction

Wednesday: 8:30am-7:00pm Start Immediately (Lunch Break 2pm-3pm)
Monday: 12:30pm-7:00pm - Start on July 7, 2025
Saturday: (every other) 8:30am - 2:00pm - Start on July 7, 2025
