Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with various dental procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow within the office.
Support patients with a friendly demeanor to ensure a comfortable experience.
Skill
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental management systems is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
