Job Overview
Ryan G. Hillstead DMD is a third generation family owned and operated dental practice. We offer state of the art technology to deliver restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Our practice has been serving Sonoma Valley since 1962. We are seeking a dental assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 28 - 32 hours per week.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Take dental X-rays while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain an aseptic environment by following infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

Qualifications

Previous experience assisting in a dental setting is highly desirable. We are also willing to train a candidate who is eager to enter the dental profession and able to offer outstanding care to our patients.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
