Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic. The ideal candidate will support our dental team in providing high-quality care to patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the practice. This role involves assisting with various dental procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging and assist in the preparation of dental materials.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Manage patient records using Dentrix software, including scheduling appointments and updating patient information.
Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Qualifications

Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental systems.
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Knowledge of infection control procedures in a clinical setting.
Previous experience in general dentistry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
