Not Your Typical Assistant Position
We are about two months from starting up. I am looking for someone that wants to grow with the business. Competitive pay is really just the start, quality of life and quality work/life balance is a major focus. I am tired of feeling on the hamster wheel, and I want to offer better to my employees. Profit sharing (monthly bonuses) will be a major team incentive. I will run a lean office, minimal employees to maximize profit sharing for the employees. Reliability is an absolute must due to our small team size.
We will do the typical bread and butter of pediatric dentistry, but I aim to do much more. We will be holistic minded. A 5 star review for us will be helping patients in more ways than just performing a filling without the patient crying, I know it sounds dramatic, but I want to change lives.

Experience and being bilingual definitely helps, but at the end of the day I want someone driven, self motivated, who adds to the team, not takes away or acts like a weight (with poor work ethic, poor team player, dramatic mood swings that cast a shadow over others)`.... a positive attitude/outlook and being able to roll with the punches is an absolute must.
