Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our brand new dental practice. Our office will be seeing our first patients tentatively on May 12. This is a start up dental practice by Dr.'s Caitlin Grimes and Michael MacWilliam. Both dentists have practiced in the Birmingham area for 10+ years.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, periodontal treatment, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry, infection control procedures, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations with a positive attitude.

Qualifications
Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures.
3+ Years Experience preferred.
Ability to take vital signs accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with Open Dental management software is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Practice hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 â 36 per week
