Position: Full-Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator
Experience Required: 1 Year Dental preferred

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients’ experience is smooth, stress-free, and memorable.
What You’ll Do:

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments with precision
Verify insurance, update patient records, and handle billing inquiries
Assist in creating a positive, efficient experience for patients from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

1 year of experience in a dental office is required
Excellent communication skills
A positive attitude and love for helping others
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
