We are a growing dental office that prioritizes patient relationships
Full Time Position with hours ranging from 7a-5p, 4 or 5 days a week
Flexible hours for hygienistâs schedule
Practice model for hygiene focuses on total body wellness
Office located in South Lubbock
Job Responsibilities:- A passion for helping patients with a friendly, caring demeanor
- Perform general dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, polishing, exposing digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic dental records systems
- Our new hygienist must be willing to learn extensively about systemic health and the inflammation process
Experience:-Must be a graduate from a Dental Hygiene program and hold a current Texas RDH license (or willing to obtain Texas license prior to job)
-Experience beyond dental hygiene school is not necessary for this role but more experienced hygienists will be compensated accordingly
Skills:-Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices
-Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients
-Attention to detail for accurate documentation and treatment planning
-Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
