JOB SUMMARY
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing an excellent patient experience and coordinating flow in the office while maintaining a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist patients
Answer phone calls
Check patients in and out for their appointments
Verify dental insurance benefits
Schedule appointments
Collect payments
Enter, organize, and update patient records
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
One year experience in a dental environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
High level of customer service
Professional and detail oriented
Proficient in Windows, e-mail, and other computer systems
Experience working with Insurance Providers preferred
Bilingual/fluent in Spanish
