The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule and manage appointments using calendar management tools, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and clients.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Experience:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in data entry and organizational tasks, ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
