HIRING SCHEDULE:

Monday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm

40 hour work week - we can be flexible on these days/hours!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer high volume of phone calls and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments - verifying insurance information
Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager
Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
