Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly dental assistant/front desk team member. We are a privately owned, non-corporate, general dentistry practice located in Advance, NC, about 10-12 miles outside of Winston-Salem. There are two dentists here, a father and daughter. We are a relationship-oriented practice, and we pride ourselves in knowing all of our patients well. We do accept insurance but are not in-network with any insurance plans. We use Dentrix software, have digital sensors (Dexis), and use a Trios scanner for most impressions. Our schedule is fairly laid back and we block off plenty of time so that we rarely get behind. Our staff is small, and everyone gets along.
In addition to hourly compensation, benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, accrued personal leave, uniforms, 401K with company match, and great CE trips. The youngest dentist has been out of school for almost two years and this will be her permanent clinical home.
